Job 1:

Teen Centre Assistants
Casual Position (10 hrs per week)

The Kingston Military Family Resource Centre (KMFRC) requires a Teen Centre Assistant to provide programming and special event coordination for pre-teens and teen of the CFB Kingston community.
Positions are approximately 10 hours per week, evening and weekend shifts required.

Minimum qualifications:
Diploma from a recognized college in children and youth, program management or related field. 1 year experience working with children and youth or suitable combination of education and experience
Experience in program development, implementation and event coordination
Must have proven initiative and strong organizational skills
Knowledge of Military Family Resource Centres and the issues facing military families an asset
Current First Aide/CPR certificate
Bilingualism an asset

The KMFRC is a registered non-profit, charitable organization and is Kingston's primary agency dedicated to meeting the unique needs of the military community. Programmes and services are designed to promote community development and to provide social, educational and volunteer opportunities, empowering the military community and enhancing their health and well-being.
