ABOUT US
The mission of the KMFRC, is to empower and enhance the health and well-being of military families in the Kingston region, by meeting the unique needs of the military community through the provision of programs and services designed to promote community development, social, educational and volunteer opportunities. Our Goal: To fortify the resilience of the military community, so they are better equipped to manage the unique stresses of military life. The KMFRC is Kingston's primary agency dedicated to meeting the unique needs of the military community. Programmes and services are designed to promote community development and to provide social, educational and volunteer opportunities, empowering the military community and enhancing their health and well-being. We serve military members (regular force and reserve) and/or their families. The KMFRC strives to provide services/programs in both official languages in a confidential, accessible and professional manner.
